Gum Arabic

Gum arabic is white to yellowish flakes, granules or powder, and is a polysaccharide substance extracted from natural plants. Gum Arabic is composed of two components, 70% of which is composed of polysaccharides without N or with a small amount of N, and the other is a protein structure with high relative molecular mass. It is a dry gelatinous exudate obtained from the branches of the legume genus Acacia or similar tree species, which is white to brownish yellow translucent or opaque spherical or irregular particles, fragments or powder.
