Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as acidic sodium phosphate, has a relative average molecular mass of 119.98. It is divided into anhydrous and dihydrate. The dihydrate is colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder, and the anhydrous is white powder or granule. Soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol, the aqueous solution is acidic. After the loss of water of crystallization at 100 ℃, heating is continued to generate acidic sodium pyrophosphate, and the pH of 0.1mol/L aqueous solution at 25 ℃ is 4.5. Relative density 1.915. Melting point 60 ℃. Commodities also have a molecule of crystal water.
