enzyme stabilizerThe product can be used as an enzyme protective agent for DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase and other tool enzymes stabilizer, so as to PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR and other experimental reaction optimization of the additive components, greatly improve the amplification efficiency and amplification specificity, improve reverse transcription efficiency.
1) Trehalose has thermal stability and thermal activation characteristics. Trehalose can maintain the protein skeleton and its natural structure in the process of protein thermal denaturation.
