Detailed introduction
1. Product Description
Soybean phospholipid is a by-product in the process of refining soybean oil. It is a by-product of crude oil hydration and degumming in the process of soybean oil production. The composition of soybean phospholipids is complex, mainly containing lecithin, cephalin, inositol phospholipids, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidic acid and other phospholipids, which are light yellow to brown viscous liquid or white to light brown solid powder, soluble in oils and non-polar solvents. Soybean phospholipids not only have strong emulsifying, wetting and dispersing effects, but also play an important role in promoting fat metabolism, muscle growth, nervous system development and antioxidant damage in vivo. Soybean lecithin is a kind of natural ionic surfactant with excellent performance, which has the characteristics of emulsification, softening, wetting, dispersing, penetration, humidification, non-toxic, non-irritating, non-polluting, biological activity, anti-oxidation and so on. It can be widely used in cosmetics, food, health care products, textile, leather and animal feed industries.

2. Product advantages
Meet the needs of different regulatory market standards: CP/USP/EP.
Purity customization: phosphatidylcholine content from 50% to 98% can be achieved.
Lower impurity residue: strictly control the solvent residue.
Higher safety: strictly control the content of peroxide and lysophospholipid in the product.
Good packaging: pharmaceutical grade aluminum foil bag filled with nitrogen packaging, can effectively reduce the degradation.
3. Product Application
intravenous fat emulsion:The emulsifier is refined soybean lecithin (SPC) or refined egg yolk lecithin (EPC), which is emulsified into oil-in-water (OPW) emulsifier for intravenous infusion of human body. And can be used as a lipid-soluble drug, sustained drug delivery and directional drug delivery system of the carrier.
Oil emulsion:Brucea javanica oil is the fatty acid oil contained in the fruit of Brucea javanica, including oleic acid, linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids. The oil made into 10% emulsion has obvious anticancer activity on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, ascites type liver cancer, etc. The emulsifier used is soybean lecithin.
Liposomes:Phospholipid liposomes have a significant effect on the treatment of cerebellar atrophy, Alzheimer's disease, neurasthenia, and regulation of human advanced nervous system functions. By complexing with phospholipids to form a carrier system or prodrug, it can effectively improve the absorption of natural active ingredients in vivo, and increase the ability of encapsulated drugs to penetrate the cell membrane, so it has targeting properties.
microemulsion preparation:Phospholipids, as microemulsions, can be used for various routes of administration.
