Detailed introduction
1. Product Description
Caprylic acid mono-and di-glycerides (Glyceryl Mono and Dicaprylocaprate) are composed of mono-O-caprylic acid glycerides and mono-O-capric acid glycerides in different proportions and contain different amounts of di-and tri-glycerides. Caprylic acid monoglyceride is a new medium-chain fatty acid glyceride and a lipophilic nonionic surfactant. It is synthesized from caprylic acid, capric acid and glycerol in a certain proportion, and the final product consists of different proportions of monoglycerides, diglycerides and triglycerides. It is commonly used as emulsifier, co-emulsifier, solubilizer, absorption enhancer, bioavailability enhancer, etc.

2. Product advantages
Meet the needs of different regulatory market standards: USP/EP.
Higher stability: injection grade products control the value of methoxy aniline.
Lower impurity residue: strictly control the residue of impurities and pollutants.
Customized packaging: different sizes of packaging can be used according to customer needs.
Higher safety: the use of plant-derived fatty acids to ensure product safety.
3. Product Application
Solubilizer:Caprylic acid monoglyceride has good solubility and stability, and can be used for oral, topical, transdermal, injection and other dosage forms. It is an ideal solubilizer in the development of BCS II/IV and BCS III/IV drugs.
intestinal penetration enhancer:Caprylic acid and capric acid monoglyceride can be used as intestinal penetration enhancing agent for poorly permeable drugs.
Bioavailability Enhancers:Caprylic acid monoglyceride can be used as a bioavailability enhancer. For example, caprylic acid monoglyceride and polyglycerol fatty acid ester are used in palonosetron soft capsules to improve the bioavailability of palanosetron hydrochloride.
4. Characteristic R & D service
