2. Product advantages
Better appearance: almost white appearance, low pigment residue.
Lower impurity residue: After multiple filtration processes, the element impurities in the product are effectively controlled.
Higher security: low iodine value, unsaturated fatty acids are reduced to saturated fatty acids, the product is not easy to oxidation deterioration.
Particle size customization: multi-functional production workshop to meet the needs of different customer product particle size.
Specific impurity control: strict control of cotton seed phenol content, cotton seed oil contains cotton seed phenol, is a harmful substance, will cause adverse effects on the human reproductive system.

3. Product Application
Lubricant:Hydrogenated vegetable oils are used as lubricants in tablets and capsules, often in combination with talc.
Skeleton forming material:Hydrogenated vegetable oils can be used as matrix-forming materials in lipophilic controlled release systems and as coating adjuvants in controlled release formulations, such as the use of hydrogenated vegetable oils as waxy matrix matrices in potassium chloride sustained release tablets.
Other uses:Hydrogenated vegetable oils can also be used as auxiliary binders in tablets, as viscosity modifiers in oily liquid and semi-solid formulations, in the preparation of suppositories to reduce sedimentation of suspended components and improve the curing process, and as liquid and semi-solid fillings for hard gelatin capsules.
